My fitness journey started around 5 years ago after much deliberation. My friends were constantly on my case about joining them at the gym but I found myself making excuses every time. Once I started training, I could not stop.
I instantly fell I love with the process and enjoyed learning about every aspect. After my first year of training, I knew there had to be more. I started to plateau with my results and that made me feel unmotivated. I decided to educate myself on all thing nutrition and how to eat right for my body and optimize my training ability. I discovered a method of training that I loved and I started following scientifically proven methods to strength and hypertrophy training. I then began to see more results than ever before with my fat loss and muscle gain. I just knew I was on the right path.
After applying these methods to my own diet and training, I started to teach my friends and family. I created tailored meal and exercise plans for them so that they could also optimize fat loss and muscle gain.
Now, 5 years into my journey, this has become not only my lifestyle but I have made it into my career. I want to help more people feel happy and confident with their bodies and improve their physical health. I want to make sure that everyone gets fast, optimal and sustainable results whilst creating better habits for the future.
